Steve Bruce singled out Senne Lammens for his contributions to Manchester United’s 3-2 triumph over Fulham.

They led by two goals to nil from the 56th to the 85th minute of the contest, when the visitors were awarded a spot-kick following a late lapse in judgement from Harry Maguire.
Raul Jimenez converted his effort with an unstoppable strike past Lammens – one that the shot-stopper even appeared to credit Jimenez for after it rifled into the top corner.
Unsurprisingly, the Cottagers then had their tails up in the dying embers, as they could smell an equaliser with momentum on their side. They eventually found it through Kevin, who produced an even more impressive finish than his forward counterpart on the edge of the area.
With Fulham still reeling from their leveller, United were quick to pounce and, thanks to Benjamin Sesko, secured a deserved, hard-earned three points in the fourth minute of injury time.
Casemiro, who netted the opener, was named Man of the Match, yet Bruce was keen to acknowledge Lammens’ display.

Before the Brazilian broke the deadlock in the first half, Lammens stopped a nailed-on goal when Joachim Anderson latched onto a headed flick-on directly in front of the ‘keeper and poked his effort on target.
Although the attempt was from point-blank range and he was off-balance, United’s No.1 was equal to it and parried it out for a corner instead.
“Senne Lammens has grown in stature,” reacted Bruce, via BBC Sport. “His handling is immaculate and [it was] a decent save down to his right-hand side.”
