Fortaleza confirm signing of midfielder Ronald Falkoski | OneFootball

Fortaleza announced this Monday the arrival of midfielder Ronald Falkoski. The 22-year-old player was signed on loan from Grêmio, with a contract valid until the end of 2026. The agreement between the clubs also includes a purchase option at the end of the loan period.

Career

Ronald Falkoski joins Leão do Pici with a promising résumé. Last season, the athlete played in 26 matches, 12 of them for Grêmio, where he took part in major competitions such as the Copa Sudamericana, Campeonato Brasileiro, and Copa do Brasil. Later, he joined the Atlético Goianiense squad for the Campeonato Brasileiro Série B, adding another 14 matches to his record.

The 1.88m tall midfielder stands out for his versatility on the field and was an important player in Grêmio’s youth categories, accumulating 24 games and six goals for the Brazilian youth national team. He won the South American U-20 Championship in 2023 and the Pan American Games with the Brazilian National Team.
