Didier Deschamps is set to heavily rotate the France side that lost 3-1 to Italy on Friday, with Kylian Mbappé notably set to drop to the bench for Monday’s fixture against Belgium.
Bar William Saliba, who could retain his place at centre-back, all other defenders that started in the defeat to La Squadra, with Lucas Digne notably coming in at left-back. Without Warren Zaïre-Emery, injured on Friday, Manu Koné, who came off the bench against Italy, could make his first-ever start for Les Bleus, alongside AC Milan’s Youssouf Fofana.
Michael Olise, who made his France debut last week, is expected to retain his place, and he will be flanked by Randal Kolo Muani and Ousmane Dembélé. Marcus Thuram is expected to take Mbappé’s place up front.
