Frattesi sends two-word message to Tonali after France 1-1 Italy draw | OneFootball

Davide Frattesi posted a two-word message to Sandro Tonali after Italy held France to 1-1 in Saint-Denis, Zinedine Zidane’s home debut in charge of Les Bleus.

Frattesi shared a photo with Tottenham midfielder Tonali on social media and wrote ‘No fear’.

Both midfielders started for the Azzurri, with Nicolò Fagioli completing the trio in the centre and Nicolò Barella initially among the substitutes.

Tonali has started all three Italy matches so far and was replaced in the second half against France. Frattesi came off the bench against Belgium, then started against both Türkiye and France, scoring against Türkiye.

Italy return to action on Monday, again facing Türkiye at the Stadio Dall’Ara in Bologna. They have four points from their first three Nations League group games.
