Free Stourbridge Shuttle travel for anyone named Jude this week

Anyone named Jude can ride free this week on West Midlands Railway between Stourbridge Junction and Stourbridge Town, marking hometown star Jude Bellingham’s World Cup exploits.

According to ExpressAndStar.com, the offer is valid on the Stourbridge Shuttle from Monday 13 July to Sunday 19 July, the day of the World Cup final.

Passengers must present valid ID showing the forename Jude to receive the free fare.

Bellingham, 23, was born in Stourbridge and played for a junior side in the area. He has six goals at the 2026 World Cup so far, including two that won England’s quarter-final against Norway on Saturday 11 July.

The gesture celebrates England’s last-eight triumph and the midfielder’s roots as the tournament moves towards its climax.
