A retrospective on the transformation from Décines farmland to Groupama Stadium.

According to Le Progres, the project, driven by Jean-Michel Aulas while he was OL president, took more than 10 years to materialise.

The scheme delivered a gigantic stadium, built on former agricultural land in Décines.

The construction phase was extraordinary in scale.
