Frustration following Randal Kolo Muani’s inclusion in the France squad | OneFootball

Randal Kolo Muani’s (26) inclusion in the France squad hardly came as a surprise. The Tottenham Hotspur forward wasn’t included in September, having yet to feature for his new side, and then also missed out on the October camp due to injury. 

But fit once again, there was little doubt that Didier Deschamps would call on him once again for this upcoming international break. Kolo Muani has yet to score since joining Tottenham Hotspur on loan from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer. In seven appearances, he currently has just one assist.

But that didn’t deter Deschamps, who has always shown great faith in the former FC Nantes forward, even when he wasn’t featuring for PSG. That is not to say that his recall is not controversial. As per a report from L’Équipe, the entourages of RKM’s competitors in the forward positions for the France national team have been “rubbed the wrong way” by the Spurs man’s inclusion.
