Fulham have been joined in the hunt by French giants Marseille, who have expressed an interest and held initial talks over a possible deal for the 23-year-old.
Gladbach are ready to sign off on an exit for the former New York City FC man.

According to German journalist Marlon Irlbacher, Scally ‘is allowed to leave’ Gladbach this summer, with interest from England now ‘confirmed’.
Scally is open to moving on from the Bundesliga side this summer, but it is still unclear where he will end up playing his football in the new season.
A move to Fulham could well be hugely appealing for Scally, but Marseille make for tough competitors for the Cottagers given their status as a club.
Gladbach signed the full-back from New York City at the start of 2021 and quickly nailed down a regular spot in the Bundesliga side.

The defender was at first slotted into Gladbach’s II team in the Regionalliga West, before then being part of the senior squad from the 2021/22 season.
Scally has now clocked five full seasons of Bundesliga football.
He was included in the United States’ squad for the World Cup in North America earlier this summer.
Fulham could be set for a busy end of the transfer window, with Kevin having attracted interest from Italian giants Roma, while Fenerbahce have been considering a move for Ryan Sessegnon.
