Fulham head to Manchester United to take on the holders in the FA Cup’s fifth round this afternoon.
The West Londoners are aiming to reach the quarter-finals for just the second time since 2010/11. Fulham have never won a major trophy, but with several of the competition’s big names already eliminated will be hopeful of success.
Marco Silva’s side are impressing in the Premier League. Currently ninth, the Cottagers are only six points from third place.
However, Fulham will need to improve a poor recent record against Manchester United. The Cottagers lost both league meetings with the Red Devils this season and have just one win over the Red Devils in 21 attempts.
Emile Smith Rowe will be assessed ahead of the clash after picking up an ankle injury against Crystal Palace last weekend. The former Arsenal midfielder missed the midweek win at Wolves but is in contention to return.
Serbian midfielder Sasa Lukic has picked up a Premier League suspension but is eligible to feature in cup competition. Fulham remain without Kenny Tete, Harry Wilson and Reiss Nelson through injury.
Fulham predicted XI: Leno; Castagne, Andersen, Bassey, Robinson; Berge, Lukic; Traore, Pereira, Iwobi; Muniz.
Manchester United host Fulham in the FA Cup fifth round on Sunday 2nd March 2025. Kick-off at Old Trafford is 16:30 GMT.
Manchester United vs Fulham will be available to watch on BBC One, BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport Online.
