The FA Cup third round draw on Monday night.
With 64 clubs and 32 ties.
Some cracking ties, interesting match-ups.
The full FA Cup third round draw below.
Liverpool, Manchester City, Tottenham, Chelsea all drawing minnows.
Newcastle United joining in the fun as well, getting League Two Bromley at St James’ Park. Former NUFC coach Andy Woodman the Bromley manager.
Interesting fact, since Eddie Howe arrived at NUFC, six FA Cup draws previously made.
Five of them away – Sheffield Wednesday, Sunderland, Fulham, Blackburn, Man City.
The only home FA Cup draw was Eddie Howe’s first, Cambridge at home, NUFC losing 1-0!
Amusing that the draw was made by two former Man U players (Dion Dubin, Mark Hughes) and they picked them out away to Arsenal!
The third round ties will be played over the weekend of Saturday 11 January.
