Gabigol starts as Santos name strongest line-up to face Corinthians | OneFootball

Santos have named their strongest side to face Corinthians in the Paulistão, with Gabigol starting at Vila Belmiro at 19:30.

According to Diario Do Peixe, coach Juan Pablo Vojvoda has selected the following line-up. Gabriel Brazão in goal, Igor Vinícius, Adonis Frías, Zé Ivaldo and Vinicius Lira in defence, Willian Arão, João Schmidt, Rollheiser and Barreal in midfield, Thaciano and Gabriel Barbosa in attack.

On the bench are goalkeeper Diógenes, defenders Alexis Duarte and Luan Peres, full-backs Mayke and Escobar, midfielders Zé Rafael, Gabriel Menino and Miguelito, and forwards Robinho Jr, Lautaro Díaz, Pedro Assis and Mateus Xavier.

Santos have four points from three games, one win, one draw and one defeat, with three goals scored and three conceded. They beat Novorizontino, drew with Guarani and lost to Palmeiras.

Corinthians also have four points, with four goals scored and four conceded. They defeated Ponte Preta, drew with São Paulo and lost to Red Bull Bragantino.
