Gabriel Ávalos urges Independiente to accept Fluminense’s offer

Fluminense continues to search for a number 9 in the market and remains in open negotiations with Gabriel Ávalos. The 35-year-old Argentine is a request from Luis Zubeldía, but Independiente rejected the first offer made by the tricolor for the striker. According to Ge, Fluminense offered just under 3 million dollars (around R$15 million), and now the striker himself is pressuring the club to accept the tricolor’s offer.

In the current season, Gabriel Ávalos has three goals and two assists in six matches. He would join Luis Zubeldía’s squad, which at the moment only has John Kennedy and Germán Cano.
