Galatasaray are prepared to make Bruno Fernandes a massive offer to tempt the Manchester United captain to Istanbul.
The Turkish Süper Lig side are prepared to double Fernandes' current wages in thePremier League in a bold bid to lure him to the division.
Turkey has emerged as a go-to destination for big names this summer, with Mohamed Salah, Dusan Vlahovic and Romelu Lukaku among the imports arriving in the current window.
According toThe Telegraph, champions Galatasaray are now looking to make a statement signing of their own. The Istanbul side are prepared to offer €50m (£42.7m) for the 31-year-old, including add-ons, and double the midfielder's Old Trafford salary. Fernandes currently earns around £250,000-per-week at Manchester United.
The Portuguese midfielder has less than 12 months to run on his current deal and Manchester United have held talks with his camp to agree an extension.
Despite his contract situation, Michael Carrick's side have no intention of allowing the club captain to leave this summer, following a record-breakingPremier League campaign in 2025/26. Fernandes recorded 21 assists in the Premier League last season, setting a new single-season benchmark.
Fernandes' current contract had a €65m release clause that could have been triggered this summer, though that clause expired last month.
