Galatasaray wants to make a loan offer for Ademola Lookman

Galatasaray is plotting a fresh move in the transfer market. According to the Turkish press, the Istanbul club is eager to secure Nigerian international Ademola Lookman, who is currently under contract with Atalanta Bergamo until 2027.

The 27-year-old, capable of playing on both wings, has only featured in three official matches this season (137 minutes) and is open to a move as early as the winter transfer window. Galatasaray’s management is considering a loan deal with a purchase option, following a model similar to the one used for Victor Osimhen, in order to minimize financial risks and assess the player’s adaptation before committing to a permanent transfer.

Lookman made headlines last season in the Europa League, netting 5 goals and providing 1 assist in 11 appearances. He remains highly valued on the market, with an estimated worth of 40 million euros. His arrival would significantly bolster the attacking force of the “Cimbom”.
