Gavi sends message to defeated Barcelona teammates after El Clásico | OneFootball

Barcelona star Gavi has taken to social media to send a public message of encouragement to his Blaugrana teammates.

This comes in the aftermath of their defeat at the hands of Real Madrid on Sunday evening.

Taking to his official Instagram account, the Spanish international, who missed the Clásico through injury, unveiled a post featuring the caption:

‘Always with you until death’

Goals on the part of Kylian Mbappé and Jude Bellingham proved enough to put Barcelona to the sword at the Santiago Bernabéu.

After Fermín López levelled things up during the first-half, midfielder Bellingham slotted home from close range to secure all three points for a superior Real Madrid side.

This brought to an end a spell of utter recent dominance on Barca’s part in meetings between the two clubs.

Xabi Alonso’s Real, in turn, have opened up a considerable five-point advantage atop the La Liga table.
