With two weeks remaining before the window closes, Gavin Bazunu could be on his way to Dinamo Zagreb.
According to Sainstmarching.com, the Croatian champions are assessing a deal to sign the 24-year-old this summer, and a proposed structure is said to suit them.
Bazunu joined Southampton in 2022 for £12m from Manchester City, arriving with a strong endorsement from Pep Guardiola. His spell has been uneven, with only 16 clean sheets in 97 appearances.
Daniel Peretz is now first choice, so an exit could make sense. Bazunu is under contract until the end of the 2026/27 season, which could prompt Southampton to consider cashing in.
No fee has been mentioned, but a switch to Zagreb would place him alongside former Saint Mislav Orsic. Dinamo are the current Croatian champions and are set for Champions League qualifying, which could appeal.
The club are also working on exits for other fringe players as the deadline nears.
