At the beginning of the evening this Friday (21), Gaviões da Fiel, the main organized supporters group of Corinthians, announced through their communication channels that the Doe Arena Corinthians project will end next Wednesday (26), after raising more than R$ 41 million in one year of the campaign.
Initially, the project was set to run until mid-year and was later extended until December 2025. However, tonight, the Gaviões announced that the campaign will be concluded as early as next week. The main organized supporters group of Corinthians, creator of the project, launched the campaign on November 27, 2024.

The Doe Arena Corinthians campaign was created with the goal of settling the club’s debt with Caixa Econômica Federal for the financing of the stadium’s construction, which was inaugurated in 2014. The debt, up to that point, was just over R$ 700 million. In the last financial statement released by the supporters group, the total debt was R$ 655.3 million.
The first four months of the project saw strong participation from the Corinthians fanbase. In just the first two months, R$ 20 million was raised. However, from mid-March onwards, the popular action by the supporters ‘stagnated’ and ended up not surpassing the R$ 40 million mark.
So far, 224 payment slips have been paid by Gaviões da Fiel. Starting next Monday (24), the last certificate for campaign donors will be issued.
How to donate?
Since its launch, the Doe Arena Corinthians campaign has received support from current and former Corinthians players, personalities connected to the club, and notable fans such as artists, politicians, and digital influencers. The campaign has several ambassadors helping to promote the project on social media, including players Romero and Tamires.
At the campaign’s launch, Central do Timão published an article with a step-by-step guide for Corinthians fans interested in making a donation but still unsure how to proceed. Click here to access the article!
