According to Het Nieuwsblad, Genk already have a player in mind should top scorer from last season Tolu Arokodare leave for the Premier League. The Nigerian forward, who was always expected to leave the club this summer, is being targeted by Wolves. If, as is expected now, Arokodare joins Wolves, Genk have decided to turn their attention to Hammarby forward Jusef Erabi. However, they are not the only side interested in the striker. The paper also reports that Championship side Millwall have also set their sights on the 22-year-old Swedish forward.

Erabi has already faced Belgian opposition this season, having helped Hammarby overcome Charleroi in qualification for the Conference League. The striker came through the youth system at the club and made his senior debut during the 2021 campaign. In both the 2023 and 2024 seasons the forward scored 10 goals. He has been in good form already this season and could have another double digit scoring campaign. In 23 games across European and domestic competitions, Erabi has scored five goals and provided one assist.
