Everton entertained Manchester United at the Hill Dickinson Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure a good result at home in the Premier League. The Toffees made a decent start to the game and managed to get to the half-time break with a 0-0 scoreline.

Bryan Mbeumo scored the opener in the 47th minute before Tyrique George equalised for the Merseyside club with a brilliant strike in the 83rd minute. Benjamin Sesko scored with a good header just five minutes later. However, Ainsley Maitland-Niles scored a dramatic equaliser for Everton in injury time when he found the back of the net with a brilliant strike. The contest finished with the Toffees earning a last-gasp 2-2 draw in front of their home fans.

He made one solid save at the back, but should have done better to prevent Sesko’s goal.

He gave a good account of himself on the defensive end of the field.

Branthwaite was a rock at the back and was a threat at the other end of the pitch.

LB: Vitaliy Mykolenko – 6.5/10

He performed his defensive duties well and made one good run with the ball.

CM: James Garner – 6.5/10

Garner was a positive influence at both ends of the pitch.

CM: Harrison Armstrong – 6/10

He worked his socks off at the centre of the park.

RW: Brennan Johnson – 6/10

Johnson gave away a cheap foul near his penalty area but managed to create a couple of decent chances in the final third.

CAM: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall – 7/10

He was a real menace in the final third, but there was no goal for him.

LW: Tyrique George – 8/10

George used his pace well at times and managed to score with a brilliant strike in the 83rd minute.

ST: Thierno Barry – 7/10

He was a real handful for the opposition defenders but failed to register a goal.

LW: Jack Grealish – 6.5/10

Grealish made one key chance in the final third.

CM: Hayden Hackney – 6.5/10

He came off the bench and secured an assist.

He scored with a wonder strike in injury time to help his side pick up a point.
