“They can help with all the experience they already have. They have that extra edge from always being in the thick of it. Players who have won everything here in Brazil, and abroad as well. So they’re going to help the team a lot. We’re very happy to have players of that quality who help the team so much both on and off the pitch. So we’re very happy with everything they’ve been building. Training session by training session, every day we’re connecting more, and we hope to bring a lot of joy to all our fans.”

“It’s very competitive, right? Luis has several options there to play. And... whoever is doing better, I think... it’s not just one player, we always try to do our part. Whether starting or coming on in the second half, we always try to do what Luis asks. But it’s very competitive because the three players are very... they have a lot of quality.”

“Playing a little deeper, I get on the ball a bit more and then I can get into the box. Luis said that one of us always has to stay inside the area, while the other can drift out a little, and vice versa. So I think Rodri and I complement each other really well, so there’s no problem with me playing a little deeper. I also like being able to get the ball a little farther back and then get into the box, like on the goal, when I moved out wide, Samuel went past me and cut the ball back, and I was arriving, so I also end up free, and it’s a good position.”
