Joshua Kimmich’s unavailability due to injury led to Bayern Munich defender Jonathan Tah donning the captain’s armband for Germany last night. The 29-year-old spoke on the experience as serving as the squad’s skipper in the mixed zone. The Bundesliga professional nevertheless – like his coach and colleagues – nevertheless admitted that the win left much to be desired in terms of the team’s overall performance.
