Inter Milan defender Yann Bisseck stressed the difficulty of every Serie A fixture after the Nerazzurri ground out a 1-0 victory away to Udinese.
Speaking to DAZN shortly after full-time, Bisseck underlined the mental and physical demands of the league. “In Serie A there are no easy games,” he said.
“We knew it would be tough, but we’re in good shape, mentally as well. These are the matches you have to win. Today we suffered at times, but we won well. We’re focused.”
The German defender also commented on his attacking movement during the decisive moment, which earned applause from assistant coach Aleksandar Kolarov on the touchline.
“I didn’t hear it, but I’ll thank him,” Bisseck smiled. “I always try to give something to the team when I go forward. Today it went well and I’m happy.”

Bisseck then highlighted Inter’s collective defensive strength, with the Nerazzurri keeping a clean sheet in a demanding away fixture.
“We have many strong defenders,” he explained.
“It doesn’t matter who plays because everyone has quality. The important thing is that everyone is ready, even those who don’t start. We all did a good job and we’re happy with this clean sheet.”
When jokingly asked if he would like to play in front of the defence, Bisseck laughed. “Yes, yes, maybe as a number ten,” he said.
He finished with a light-hearted note on his ambidexterity. “Today it didn’t go well with my left foot,” Bisseck admitted. “It will go better next time.”
Inter’s ability to win tight matches like this continues to underline their maturity, with Bisseck’s performance emblematic of a squad determined to grind out results in the Serie A title race.
