Roma sporting director Florent Ghisolfi is at work to revolutionize the capital club’s scouting area.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Ghisolfi has already made the first steps to ensure a more solid scouting department.
In fact, since November 1st, Andrea Iore, technically the new Head of Recruitment for Roma, has been operational in Trigoria.
Thirty-two years old, born in Paris but of Italian nationality, he worked at Leeds and represents a young, modern and dynamic profile.
Iore has structured himself alongside Orta and Marcelo Bielsa in the English club.
Ghisolfi’s goal is to create a scouting department with quality profiles that are specialized in specific areas of expertise.
For now, those operational are Stathis Tavlaridis, formerly of Aek Athens and considered an absolute talent scout in Greece, Alessandro Leuzzi, formerly of Tottenham, Peyo Domenech, 30 years old, formerly of Levante scouting, and Luca Di Matteo.
