Borussia Dortmund midfielder Giovanni Reyna appeared destined for a summer move to Parma, but his future may now lie elsewhere.

According to transfer insider Gianluca Di Marzio, the 22-year-old is leaning towards a move to Borussia Mönchengladbach.

Die Fohlen are said to have submitted an offer in the region of €3–3.5 million, and Reyna himself is open to joining them at Borussia-Park.

However, that figure falls well short of Dortmund’s valuation. According to reports, Parma previously offered €6 million, while BVB have been holding out for closer to €10 million.

Reyna, capped by the United States, has just one year remaining on his contract at BVB and is no longer part of the club’s long-term plans.
