Girona get their UEFA Champions League campaign off to a tricky start, with a visit to the Parc des Princes to face last season’s semi-finalists Paris Saint-Germain.

Whilst PSG are diminished, notably by the absences of Gianluigi Donnarumma, Goncalo Ramos, Lucas Hernandez and Presnel Kimpembe, Girona manager Míchel does not have any injury concerns to contend with. He is set to deploy his side in a 4-3-3, with Abel Ruiz leading the line for the La Liga side. Bryan Gil, on loan from Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur, will start on the left with Viktor Tsygankov on the right.

Christhian Stuani and Arnaut Danjuma, on loan from Villarreal, will both have to settle for a place on the bench, as will Donny van de Beek.
