Borussia Mönchengladbach will be without two of their regular starters at the back when they host Heidenheim in the Bundesliga on Saturday afternoon.
Nico Elvedi and Luca Netz will both miss the game through injury, Die Fohlen have announced.
Netz has been ruled out for the next few weeks with a foot problem. Elvedi is out with a hamstring problem, and it's unclear how long he will be sidelined.
In their absence, Stefan Lainer and Marvin Friedrich come into Gerardo Seoane's starting line-up, which surprisingly doesn't include Kevin Stöger.
The Austria international starts on the bench, with Alassane Plea playing in a central attacking role behind Tim Kleindienst.
