Nottingham Forest boss Oliver Glasner has hinted the club could make as many as three more signings before the transfer window closes.

Forest drew 2-2 with Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday afternoon and asked afterwards whether Forest could add two more players, Glasner replied: “Could be even more.

On whether there were any developments in the transfer market, Glasner said: “I have no idea, we just played outside.”

Glasner had said in his pre-match press conference that he was hopeful of at least one more signing, but says new opportunities have since arisen in the transfer market.

“Let’s say definitely one, potentially two, and probably three,” he said.

“I’m very confident that we find and add the right players, the right profile, the right characters.

“Everyone who was involved in today’s game deserves to be talked about.

“The players really worked hard and they deserve the full attention, and then let’s see what is done.”

Glasner also joked that he will be relieved when the transfer window finally closes.

“Wednesday evening, I will have a pint of beer and celebrate that the transfer window is closed,” he added.

“Every manager will do exactly the same.”
