Juventus’ position on a potential sale of defender Gleison Bremer has been revealed amidst reports that Manchester United and other Premier League elites have him on their radar.

United eyeing Bremer

United have held a long-standing interest in Bremer for over a year, yet a move has never come to fruition. Since making the switch from Torino to Juventus in 2022, the Brazilian has firmly established himself as one of Serie A’s standout and most commanding centre-backs.

However, his progress was halted by a horrific ACL injury that he sustained last October.

Now back in action, Bremer is believed to be back on United’s radar, with a recent report covered by The Peoples Person claiming that he features highly on the Red Devils’ transfer wishlist.

Liverpool and Chelsea were also mentioned to be keen on the Brazil international.

As the situation rumbles on, Calciomercato.it reveal that Juventus have no desire to let Bremer depart. He is considered untouchable.

Juventus’ stance on Bremer

Calciomercato.it contend that Juventus view Bremer as “unsellable”, holding him in the same regard as young star Kenan Yildiz.

Still, with the possibility that Bremer could be tempted by the prestige and appeal of Premier League football, Juventus may consider any offer too good to refuse.

The Old Lady may reluctantly accept a “mind-blowing offer” of €70m- €80m. Such sums “would shake the Juventus management.”

It remains to be seen whether United would be willing to fork out that amount of money for an injury-prone player who is currently 28.

United’s attempts to land Bremer may be further complicated by Bayern Munich’s interest.

Ruben Amorim and his players are back in action on Saturday when they face Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium. The game kicks off at lunchtime.
