Good news: Samu escapes serious injury

Samu left at halftime during the match against Arouca and was seen applying ice to his right knee, without appearing to have any serious injury. In the aftermath of FC Porto’s victory, Farioli had already stated that the forward “seemed to be fine.”

This assessment was confirmed in Tuesday’s training session. The Porto team returned to Olival and the starters performed a recovery exercise, in which Samu also participated. The Spanish international did not show any severe limitations and should remain available for the upcoming call-ups.
