GUATEMALA CITY – The 2025/26 Concacaf W Qualifiers continued with Guatemala taking a 6-nil win against Grenada in Group C at Estadio Cementos Progreso in Guatemala City, Guatemala.

Samatha Lopez started the scoring for Guatemala in the 7’, striking a left-footed shot in the box.

The Central Americans doubled their lead in the 24’, as Dina Polanco stunned with a shot from outside the box. 

Andrea Álvarez added a third for Guatemala in the 30’ with a right-footed shot that landed in the left bottom corner.

The fourth goal came in the 45'+2’, as Guatemalan captain Ana Martin was ready to capitalize a loose ball in the box.

A free kick from outside the box by Elizabeth Estrada led to the fifth goal in the 48’. 

Aisha Solórzano added the sixth goal for Las Chapinas in the 50’.

Guatemala’s next challenge will be against the Cayman Islands on March 6. Grenada will face the Cayman Islands on April 15 to continue their path in the Concacaf W Qualifiers.
