Manchester City faced off against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a positive result on the road in the Premier League. The Mancunian giants made a quick start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 17th minute thanks to Erling Haaland’s goal. Enzo Maresca’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.
Rayan Cherki doubled his team’s advantage in the 54th minute. However, Crystal Palace got a goal back due to an unfortunate own goal from Gianluigi Donnarumma just a couple of minutes later. Cherki struck again in the 59th minute before Haaland killed the game off in the 84th minute. The match ended with Man City earning a dominant 4-1 win away from home.
