Haaland And Donnarumma Get 8 | Manchester City Players Rated In Impressive Win Vs Liverpool

Manchester City faced off against Liverpool at Anfield earlier today as they looked to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Mancunian giants made a bright start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time interval.
Dominik Szoboszlai gave the home side the lead with a brilliant free-kick in the 74th minute. Bernardo Silva equalised for the Mancunian giants in the 84th minute before Erling Haaland ended up completing the turnaround for Man City from the penalty spot in injury time. Szoboszlai was sent off by the referee in the latter stages of the contest as Pep Guardiola’s men earned an impressive 2-1 win at Anfield.
Let’s take a look at how each Manchester City player fared during the contest against the Reds.
He made a few solid saves at the back and did enough to limit the opposition to just one goal.
RB: Matheus Nunes – 7/10
Nunes put his foot through the ball when he could and made one good chance going forward.
CB: Abdukodir Khusanov – 6.5/10
He earned the ball back twice and was replaced at the hour mark.
CB: Marc Guehi – 7/10
Guehi put his foot through the ball when he could and was a strong presence in the air.

LB: Rayan Ait-Nouri – 7/10
He caught the eye at times on both halves.
CM: Bernardo Silva – 7.5/10
Silva was a positive influence at both ends of the pitch and managed to score the all-important equaliser in the 84th minute.
CM: Rodri – 7/10
The Spaniard anchored the midfield with conviction and made some decent chances in the final third.
CM: Nico O’Reilly – 7/10
He got stuck in with some solid tackles and made one good run with the ball.
RW: Antoine Semenyo – 6.5/10
Semenyo managed to shine at times but there was no goal for him.
ST: Erling Haaland – 8/10
He was a real handful for the Liverpool centre-backs and has got a goal and an assist to show for his efforts.
LW: Omar Marmoush – 6/10
Marmoush made a few decent chances in the final third and was substituted at the hour mark.
CAM: Rayan Cherki – 6/10
