Hackney will now visit Hertford Town, after cancelling out the Wootton Blue Cross opener from Graziella Vagliviello and winning the shoot-out.
Burton Albion’s Millie Drinkhall hit a hat-trick in knocking out Coventry Sphinx but her side face one of the toughest tests available in the next round, away to fourth-tier title chasers Peterborough United.
Bishops Cleeve scored the only goal of the game at Frome Town, to book a trip to Poole Town.
Knowle won 2-1 at Bromsgrove Sporting – thanks to a Demi Rolph double that included a decider from the spot – and now head to Sleaford Town.
Long Itchington won by the same scoreline at Whitchurch Alport to set up a home tie with Beaumont Park
Wythenshawe saw off Salford City 3-0 and are rewarded with home advantage over FA WNL opposition in Barnsley Women.
Port Vale eliminated Halesowen Town by a similar result and go to Dunton & Broughton United in the next round.
There are trips to National League opponents for Lye Town and Wellingborough Town, the former travelling to Leafield Athletic after scoring seven times at Coton Green, the latter with a tough test at Loughborough Lightning having netted ten against Netherton United.
Gloucester City sent Stockwood Wanderers to a 7-0 defeat to secure a visit from Marine Academy Plymouth, AFC Telford United will host Ilkeston Town following their 5-1 success at Belper Town.
Hednesford Town sank Doveridge 7-0 and will face Anstey Nomads, 7-1 winners over Newark Town.
The 3rd Round Qualifying takes places on Sunday 13 October.
