Chelsea goalkeeper Hannah Hampton has been named BBC the Women's Football of the Year.
The 25-year-old has been a part of the Blues' squad that won a domestic treble last season and currently second in the WSL this season after nine games.
Hampton also made some vital penalty saves during England's successful defence of their European title over the summer.
Most recently, Hampton had been referenced in former international teammate Mary Earps' autobiography which questioned her previous apparent unprofessional behaviour.
"I definitely didn't expect it with all the other players nominated," the shot-stopper said about winning the award after besting the likes of Mariona Caldentey and Patri Guijarro, "I think they've all had unbelievable years."
