Character, confidence and experience: these are just some of the qualities that characterised the career of former Nerazzurri goalkeeper Francesco Toldo.
Born in Padua on 2 December 1971, Toldo, whose adventure in Nerazzurri colours lasted nine seasons, turns 53 today. A highly reliable goalkeeper, Francesco made 233 appearances for Inter, winning the Champions League in 2010, the Scudetto (x5), the Coppa Italia (x3) and the Supercoppa Italiana (x3). In 2019, Toldo entered the Inter Hall of Fame, becoming the second goalkeeper to do so after Walter Zenga.
