Harry Amass: Man United loanee grabs assist in Championship

Manchester United had plenty of players in loan action on Saturday afternoon.

The 18 year old continued to impress in spite of Sheffield Wednesday’s 2-3 loss to Preston North End.
He grabbed an assist and one key pass in the match. The energetic full back burst forward and cut the ball back expertly for former United man Charlie McNeil to curl into the net.
Amass also contributed defensively, winning two tackles and six ground duels in the match.
Vitek kept another clean sheet for Bristol City in their 1-0 win over Portsmouth.
He made two saves inside the box and punched one ball clear of danger.
The Czech also won one aerial duel in the contest.
Rashford came on in the second half of Barcelona’s 3-1 victory over Deportivo Alaves.
He failed to have any shots and only completed one of his three dribble attempts.
The Englishman made one key pass and won two of his six ground duels.
Gore played the entire 90 minutes of Rotherham United’s 1-1 draw with Wycombe Wanderers.
He completed 77% of his passes and had one shot on target.
The real positive contribution from the young midfielder came in his duel work, winning eight out of 11 ground battles in a tenacious effort.
Ennis played 61 minutes of Fleetwood Town’s 1-2 loss to MK Dons.
He won both his tackles and three of his six ground duels.
The winger was disappointing from an attacking sense though as he only made three passes and could not find any of his teammates from six cross attempts.
Wheatley played his part in Northampton Town’s 3-0 win over Plymouth.
He had two shots in total, with one effort unluckily striking the post.
Wheatley contributed defensively winning both his tackle attempts and three aerial battles.
The Irishman played the final 12 minutes of Leyton Orient’s 4-0 victory over Burton.
