Harry Kane, the Bayern Munich star striker, continues to fuel transfer rumors. At 32, the England international has just received a truly unexpected proposal.

While Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are both keen to bring Harry Kane back at the end of the season, his future is the subject of speculation far beyond Europe. Across the Atlantic, an unexpected offer has come his way. Eli Manning, NFL legend and two-time Super Bowl champion, told Bild that the New York Giants would be ready to welcome Kane—as their new kicker:

Of course he could do it. The Giants would open their doors to Harry Kane at any time.

For his part, Kane has never hidden his interest in American football:

It's something I've always kept in the back of my mind.

The question remains whether the Englishman will take on this extraordinary challenge or choose to continue his career in Europe.
