Kicker reports that Al-Ahli and Al-Ittihad have set their sights on Harry Kane ahead of the summer, amid suggestions a release clause exists in his Bayern Munich contract.
The England captain is tied to 2027 and the clause is reportedly capped at €70 million (£61m/$83m). It is said to expire at the end of February rather than January, and he must first notify Bayern of his wish to leave before it can be triggered.
Kane has 24 goals in 21 Bundesliga matches this season. Across all competitions he has 45 in 40 plus nine assists, and Bayern want him to extend his stay.
Premier League clubs are said to have made contact with his camp, while Saudi sides are monitoring developments. He is understood to be settled in Munich with his family, and it is unclear whether he would consider a move to the Middle East.
Kane is unlikely to decide on his long-term future before the 2026 World Cup, having stated England will travel to North America aiming to win it.
Questions persist about a Premier League return to chase Alan Shearer’s record, with Kane on 213 league goals and needing 48 to surpass 260. Tottenham are reported to hold a buy-back clause, and Kane has said he is very happy in Munich for now, while retaining a lifelong affinity with Spurs and welcoming their recent trophy win.
