Harry Wilson is enjoying arguably the best season of his career, Fulham’s leading scorer in all competitions since joining permanently from Liverpool in 2022.

Hounslow Herald notes his pace, vision and set-piece craft have drawn interest, yet he looks content at the Cottage and likely to stay, though keeping him may prove difficult if his form continues for club and country.

His Wales form is similarly strong, and he hopes to help the Dragons through March play-offs to reach the World Cup this summer. They face Bosnia and Herzegovina, then either Northern Ireland or Italy for a finals place.

Cliff Jones, the last surviving member of Wales’s 1958 World Cup team, joined Fulham in 1968 for two seasons. Gordon Davies remains Fulham’s all-time top scorer, winning most Wales caps in west London and helping Wrexham upset Arsenal in the 1992 FA Cup.

Chris Coleman signed in 1997 and helped Fulham rise from the third tier to the top flight with two promotions. After a car crash ended his playing career, he returned as manager to finish ninth in 2007-08 and later led Wales to Euro 2016 after 58 years away from major finals.

Kit Symons arrived in 1998, made over 100 appearances, later managed Fulham and assisted Coleman with Wales. Mark Pembridge signed in 2003, injuries curtailed three seasons, then he stayed to coach in the academy. Simon Davies joined in 2007, became a fans’ favourite, and scored in the 2010 Europa League final before retiring in 2013.
