Antoine Semenyo’s personal coach Saul Isaksson-Hurst believes the Bournemouth forward could play for any club in the world.

Semenyo has eight goals in the league this season and has been linked with a move away in January, with Manchester City reportedly leading the race for the Ghana international.

And Isaksson-Hurst believes he could take his pick of any of the top clubs in world football: “Antoine could play wherever he likes,” he said.

“He could play for Real Madrid, he could play for Barcelona, he could play for any team in the world. He’s that good, he’s sensational.

“He’s ready to take on the world. He could play for literally any one of the top clubs, wherever he wants to go. Everyone would want him as well. He’s a sensational player with a great mentality. He’s got everything.”

Semenyo has started the season in blistering form, and with Ghana’s failure to qualify for the Africa Cup of Nations, he will be in action for Bournemouth in the Premier League over the Christmas period.

Isaksson-Hurst believes he is only just getting started this season, however.

“It’s a big year for him, you know, there’s been a lot of talk about maybe moving and stuff like that,” he said.

“He’s not going to take his hand off the brake, you know, he’s going to go full throttle, because he wants to obviously help Bournemouth and be one of the best players in the league. That’s a priority.”

Semenyo has been at the club for almost three years and just signed a new contract this summer, keeping him at the club until 2030.

But according to Sky Sports, his new contract includes a £65m release clause which is only valid in the first half of this January.
