EXCLUSIVE!! Chelsea looking at shock move for Manchester United defender!!

Then suddenly, they all started coming in and Maresca had to deal with missing a number of key players, including Cole Palmer lately.

Luckily, for us and for Palmer, this story is not about him and he is expected back against Leeds United on Wednesday night. There have been no setbacks for him as of at the time of writing this.

However, there has been a setback for another Chelsea player who looked close to returning after coming back to full first team training recently.

But in what is bad news all around, midfielder Dario Essugo has some sort of setback and will be out again, as confirmed by Enzo Maresca in his pre-match press conference for Leeds today.

In quotes picked up by SPTC today, Maresca said on Essugo’s state of play:

“Dario [Essugo], he was okay to start some sessions with us. Now he needs to slow down a little bit, so he will be out again. Hopefully nothing important. And the rest, they are all fine.”
