Hednesford Town have released new artist impressions of the Keys Park redevelopment, offering fans a detailed look at the Keys Corner scheme and accessibility upgrades.

According to ExpressAndStar.com, the visuals show a purpose-built accessibility stand, a new fan zone and an interior social space, with the project moving from planning towards construction.

The Pitmen clinched promotion to National League North in May, beating Warrington Rylands 5-4 on penalties at Keys Park. The wider redevelopment is intended to elevate matchday, with better accessibility, improved atmosphere and upgraded catering to shape a year-round regional sporting, social and community destination.

The interior hub is planned as a multi-purpose venue for matchdays, live entertainment, street food, hospitality, private hire, business events, community activity and club functions. The changes are designed to encourage earlier arrivals, longer stays and broader audiences, while addressing past accessibility limitations highlighted by rising crowds.

The project aligns with Hednesford’s Best in Class, Local First philosophy. Last year the club installed a state-of-the-art playing surface at the 1990s-built ground, costing around £1.6 million, the second of its kind in the world after Everton’s new Bramley-Moore Dock stadium.
