Hibernian host Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premiership at Easter Road Stadium on Saturday, 4 April 2026, with fifth playing 11th and points vital at both ends.

Hibernian won the reverse fixture 3-1 in January and now aim to back that up in Edinburgh against Kilmarnock.

Hibs arrive unbeaten in five league games, beating St Mirren and Celtic before draws with Dundee, Livingston and Motherwell. Kilmarnock have picked up form, following a draw at Dundee United and a heavy loss at Falkirk with back-to-back home wins over Hearts and Livingston.

Jamie McGrath and Kieron Bowie lead the Hibs scoring with eight league goals each, while Nicky Cadden and Josh Mulligan have five assists apiece. The Hibees have scored 48 times and kept 10 clean sheets this season. For Kilmarnock, Tyreece John-Jules has eight league goals and Greg Kiltie has supplied four assists.

This could hinge on width and delivery. Kilmarnock's open-play cross accuracy sits at 25.06% and they may look to feed John-Jules early. Hibs, at 20.94% for open-play crosses, could also target the flanks and test a defence that has conceded 60 league goals at 1.9 per game.

A home win would take Hibs to 51 points and further cement fifth place. Victory for Kilmarnock would move them to 30 points and could ease the pressure near the foot of the table.
