Rasmus Hojlund has completed a permanent move to Napoli from Manchester United, and Italian sources report that an €85m release clause for the Dane will be available from next summer.
Napoli confirmed Hojlund’s permanent transfer from Manchester United on Wednesday.
The total transfer package for the Partenopei was €50m, as the Serie A giants had paid €6m for the striker’s one-season loan deal last summer plus €44m to make his move permanent after qualification for the Champions League.
According to several Italian sources, including Gazzetta, Hojlund will have an €85m release clause in his contract, but it can only be activated from next summer.
