Las Subs de Chivas traveled this morning to Zuazua to face Tigres in Matchday 14 of the Clausura 2026. Both matches were highly competitive and left mixed feelings for la Cantera Rojiblanca.
Below, we break down everything you need to know, as we know la Nación Rojiblanca always keeps a close eye on the club’s future stars.
Chivas Sub 21El Rebaño secured a 1-1 draw against Tigres after 90 minutes of intense battle for possession, with both teams limiting spaces effectively. The home side opened the scoring in the 73rd minute, but Guadalajara responded immediately, as Raúl Martínez fired in a stunning long-range goal to level the match.
The extra point went to the visitors, who proved more effective in the penalty shootout. ‘Robinho’ Romero played a key role with a crucial save, helping los Rojiblancos secure two points and climb to fourth place in the standings with 25 points.
