This of course comes on a momentous day for all associated with the reigning La Liga champions.

Barcelona on Monday finally made official the club’s plans to line out in their competitive outing at the Camp Nou since all the way back in 2023.

After two and a half years, featuring countless delays and setbacks, Hansi Flick’s troops will welcome Athletic Club to their beloved home stadium this coming weekend.

As per a report from The Athletic, a crowd of 45,401 fans has been approved by the Barcelona City Council.
