Blues' summer signing opened his account with a brace against Norwich City on Saturday
Birmingham City have certainly clicked into gear in recent weeks, with Chris Davies overseeing a run of four wins in his side's past six Championship outings.
A patchy run of form beforehand saw questions raised regarding Blues' ability to become an immediate force in the second-tier amid the strong pre-season expectations which were placed on last season's League One champions amid another high-profile summer spending spree under the ownership of Knighthead Capital Management.
In the early weeks of the season, Birmingham drew plenty of criticism through a lack of creativity and cutting edge which ran through the somewhat new-look side moulded together by the former Tottenham Hotspur assistant in what is his second season at St. Andrew's @ Knighthead Park.
Yet, after ranking within the division's bottom five when it came to shots on target per game and goals per game, Blues have certainly shot up the charts in the past month or so, particularly through their exploits in B9 since the turn of November.
Indeed, they have netted 12 goals in their past three St. Andrew's encounters, dominating against Portsmouth, Millwall and most recently, Norwich City in the club's official 150th anniversary fixture.
A key tactical tweak was identified by Davies in the lead-up to the first of those, with summer recruit, Marvin Ducksch enjoying his first lengthy run in the side after a difficult initial period in the West Midlands after joining from Werder Bremen.
With that being said, Football League World has looked into the ESTIMATED wage figures collected by the imposing forward after he opened his Blues account with a brace against the lowly Canaries.

Ducksch was one of several high-profile additions made to Davies' ranks in the summer, joining the likes of £10m recruit, Kyogo Furuhashi and club-record signing, Jay Stansfield in the attacking department.
After signing with a calf issue, the 31-year-old made his debut in the EFL Cup second round defeat to Port Vale on August 26th, before being sidelined yet again between late September and mid-October due to another calf-related problem.
However, in the past four encounters, the two-time German international has offered a focal point for Davies in attack, with the towering figure able to offer an aerial threat, as well as his hold-up play and intelligence, which has brought others into play.
He was rewarded with two rather simple finishes against the Canaries that were met by huge celebrations and chants of "feed the duck and he will score" whilst ex-Blues favourite, Mikael Forssell watched on from the stands.
If such form continues, Wagner, Davies and bluenoses will certainly feel that a reported £1.75m sum and a three-year deal will be justified after an injury-hit start.
However, despite the somewhat modest fee in comparison to some of Blues' dealings under Knighthead, Ducksch is earning a fairly strong weekly wage of £25,000, according to Capology, which equates to £1.3m across the season.
This is an approximately £13,000 reduction on his earnings with Werder Bremen, with the aforementioned salary also making him the third-highest earner on Wagner's payroll behind Furuhashi and Demarai Gray, who returned to his boyhood club on a free transfer in the summer.

Despite a slow start on the availability and goalscoring front, Davies has continuously backed Ducksch to come good at St. Andrew's, and those verdicts were added to after his immense display when leading the line against Norwich.
“He’s a player that will always create chances for other people around him via his link up play and his intelligence but he’s a striker and all strikers want to score goals," the Blues boss said post-match.
As such, Ducksch's addition to the side has also brought an even better run of form out of Stansfield, who now has nine goals for the season in all competitions through a brace of his own against the Norfolk club.
The duo will hope to continue causing maximum damage when they face West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns on Wednesday night.
