Wolves could be in line for a summer windfall if former defender Bastien Meupiyou is sold.
According to ExpressAndStar.com, reports suggest Borussia Dortmund have tabled a bid worth up to £14.7m, structured as £10.4m plus £4.3m in add-ons.
The 20-year-old joined Wolves in 2024 from Nantes for around £4.2m, did not make a first-team appearance, then left last summer for Portuguese side Alverca.
He has since played regularly at centre-back for the newly-promoted club, who finished mid-table in the Portuguese top flight. Alverca have been preparing for offers and believe he could become their record sale, surpassing the £7m received for Alex Amorim to Genoa in January.
Wolves hold a buy-back clause for a small fee, although they are not expected to activate it. Their sell-on agreement means they would recoup the £4.2m outlay and take 50 per cent of any profit. If the Dortmund proposal is accepted, Wolves could receive up to £7.3m from the initial payment, with a further £2.1m if the add-ons are triggered.
