An insight into the extent of the financial boost afforded to La Liga giants Real Madrid courtesy of their latest deep run on the continent has on Tuesday been forthcoming.

Carlo Ancelotti’s troops, of course, find themselves just one game away from yet another European final.

After battling their way to a 2-2 draw in Germany last week, Real will welcome Bayern Munich to the Santiago Bernabéu on Wednesday night, for the return leg of the Champions League semi-final tie between the clubs.

To date, though, just how much have the recently-crowned Spanish champions earned, by way of victories over the likes of RB Leipzig and Manchester City?

Additionally, how much would Ancelotti and co. add to their winnings in the case of besting Bayern to book a spot in the Champions League finale?

An insight into as much has today been provided, by Diario AS.

The Spanish outlet points towards Real Madrid as having racked up more in prize money than any other team in UEFA competition this season.

This amounts, to date, to €103 million.

And a further €15.5 million will be added to the coffers of the capital outfit, in the case of sending Bayern Munich packing on Wednesday.

Add to this another €4.5 million for emerging as Champions League title-winners, and €3.5 million for partaking in the European Super Cup, and Real Madrid could be looking at a sum in excess of €125 million for their endeavours on the continent in 2023/24.
