Plymouth Argyle will have faith that they can beat Huddersfield Town to a play-off spot following Tom Cleverley's latest Pilgrims injury update
Plymouth Argyle bolstered their play-off chances with a 3-0 win over Wigan Athletic on Tuesday, and Tom Cleverley's latest injury update has handed Pilgrims supporters more good news.
Argyle are vying for an immediate Championship return following last term's relegation to League One, and will have to finish at least sixth to compete for that prize.
The final third-tier play-off spot is currently occupied by Huddersfield Town, who have managed just two wins in their last five attempts.
Plymouth are now just three points adrift of the Terriers, and are battling alongside the likes of Reading and Stevenage to leapfrog Liam Manning's side into the top six.

Argyle's aforementioned victory over Wigan marked their fourth victory in five League One games, proving that the Devon club have serious momentum at the business end of the season.
Cleverley's side very much have their play-off destiny in their own hands, as they face three of the four clubs currently directly above them in their next three games.
Plymouth travel to Reading this Saturday before successive home clashes with Stevenage and Huddersfield.
Cleverley told Plymouth Live that his side's currently injured top scorer, Lorent Tolaj, is in contention to return in time for the meeting with the Terriers on 21 March.
The former Watford boss also provided a relatively positive update on Matty Sorinola's ankle problem: "Hopefully, much better than we thought. Now we might have a second opinion, but it doesn't look like surgery is needed.
"If the ankle joint is stable, then the ligament damage should take four to six weeks, so we are likely to see Matty again this season."
Additionally, Cleverley revealed that on-loan defender Wes Harding is set to remain at Plymouth during his rehab rather than heading back to parent club, Millwall, which indicates that the 29-year-old could be in line for a return to League One action.
Argyle's update on Tolaj, Sorinola, and Harding is bad news for Huddersfield, who may need all the luck they can get, having struggled for form in recent weeks.
Cleverley's side haven't been as negatively affected by striker Tolaj's absence as they could have been, as fellow forward Bim Pepple has scored three goals in his last two games following his brace against Wigan.
But there is no doubt that the 24-year-old's return will heavily bolster his side's play-off chances, as he has notched 14 goals and four assists in 26 League One appearances this term.

Plymouth sat just one place above the third-tier relegation zone when they were battered 4-1 by Saturday's opponents, Reading, on Boxing Day.
However, the Pilgrims have stuck by Cleverley, who has yielded several positive results in the second half of the campaign, reigniting their dream of sealing an immediate Championship return.
Argyle's next five games are the most important of the 10 they have left to play this League One term.
As previously mentioned, Cleverley's men face direct play-off rivals in each of their next three games before closing out the month with a trip to current top-four outfit Bradford City.
They then host Bolton Wanderers, who still have an outside chance of sealing automatic promotion to the Championship, on Good Friday.
Plymouth's clash with Wanderers will provide an indicator of how Cleverley's men can perform against one of League One's top sides ahead of a potential play-off campaign.
Huddersfield, then, will be nervous that the Pilgrims' best football is yet to come, with Tolaj, Sorinola and Harding all awaiting their returns.
